Sometimes I have wild ideas about my hair, I want bright colours, bleached hair beyond belief, or I have some style in my head that I am dead set on. Everytime I have been to Promises my stylist has always explained to me what issues I may have as a result of what I want done to my hair. It is a very different experience, than going to a hairdresser who does what ever you want, usually at the detriment of the condition of your hair, also your pocket!  The team at Promises definatly take the time and care that I havent experienced before, ensuring that you are happy every time! I no longer have bad hair days thanks to Debbie and the team at Promises!
